Remington collects business contact details that buyers voluntarily submit through RFQ forms, catalog requests, email communication and sample discussions. The information may include name, company, email, phone, target market, product category, annual volume, project description and files required to evaluate a sourcing request.
Submitted information is used to answer inquiries, prepare quote assumptions, route sample requests, provide catalog files, clarify compliance requirements and improve B2B sourcing support. Remington does not sell inquiry data to unrelated third parties.
Where necessary, project details may be shared with internal sourcing, engineering, packaging, compliance or logistics colleagues so they can answer the request. If a project requires external testing, certification or shipping support, only the data needed for that service is shared.
Business inquiry data may be retained for follow-up, quote history, sample tracking and compliance record purposes. Buyers may request correction or deletion of contact data unless retention is required for legitimate commercial or legal reasons.
